I will be 33 and husband will be 36 this year.
We have 3 boys so want to sway a girl this time round. Ive been on the diet for past few weeks and just got AF today. I got a positive opk with CM a little later in cycle cd 20 rather than cd17 last cycle so guessing the dieting has affected me slightly.
I come from an Asian background so bought up eating curry and chappati for both lucnh and dinner. With my boys I full in snacked, ate loads of junk food, lives on crisps, choc and fizzy drinks pretty much so for the past 4 weeks I have cut snacking out (odd cheat maybe twice in 4 weeks) no red meat but I do eat chicken, only have odd fizzy drink if I go out.

At first when my period was late I got myself thinking was I not eating enough but my 2 meals a day 11am/12pm and 5pm/6pm are curries so thought as these are high in salt and fat / oil that id be going over the intake so best to not eat anything else. I dont really have any weight to loose, only in my head if anything.
I am fine skipping breakfast, its eating more that I have a problem with as Im a fussy eater, dont eat a wide variety of fruit/veg etc so when I try adding foods to meal its normally a choc bar or biscuits (only with meals though).
Now that my AF is started I feel like maybe i was eating enough and to continue with it? It is so hard to calculate my calories fat and protein cos i cook in big batches and very hard to calculate!

We also have bed a day before positive opk, last time I think we ended up abstaining unintentially for a week and ended up miscarrying at 10.5 weeks so not sure if that is wise for us again. Husband works shifts day pattern and at nights so FR is difficult and regular days.
I only take folic acid.

Atomic did PM and say take fullfat milk and eggs but the protein is so high will i go over with my meals aswell - so confused.

Any advice will be much appreciated.
