Pimples & unclear skin on LE diet

Who had noticed this as well? My skin has mad a huge change in a negative way lots of pimples on my chin,cheeks & breast. Omg it’s like I’m a teenager again !! I dont take anything that affects hormones by the way.

Yup my normally under control skin is suuuuuper dry and tight - I think the reduction in normal fat levels of eating is affecting my face

You're eating at least 30 g though, right? 30-60 g of fat is allowed on LE Diet

I am! But I was mostly eating high protein/high fat before so it’s a big change

Gotcha! Just making sure as I have the occasional person who will think 'well, if low fat is good, no fat is better' and that makes it much harder to conceive (and can cause bad skin and other issues!) Thanks for clarifying.
