Can you explain to me how this works to sway pink please

Who should do every 4 day bed and in what situation, ie for people who havent got preg for a long time?
    - how would this work, would day 1 of 4 be the first day after AF finishes?
    - would you bed mon and then again on fri or thurs?
    - who should also add an attempt at positive opk? Or does this lead to boy sway? What do you do if your ever4 day attempt was the day before positive opk but u dont ovulate til 2 days later ( what are chances of sperm surviving that long? (Hope that makes sense)
Then if you next e4d attempt is the day after ovulation - doesnt that sway blue?? Confused!

Who should do frequent release (not bed) + 1 attempt at positive OpK and in what situaion ie for people who cant abstain?
    - how frequent - is every 3 days enough, or should it be two?
    - with frequent release must you not used the first batch on the positive opk, should it always be seond? Eg if husband released today and then in 3 days time it was positive opk can he insem with first batch or must he release and then insem? Is this the same case if he did every 2day release?

Which method has more results for swaying pink?
I want to try the one attempt at positive opk, abstain not recommended as hubby over 35 so what should we go?
