I prefer to guess in the 13th week because nubs that can look girly can rise and turn boyish after that point.

The nub on this looks girly but it may be a little bit angled up, meaning it could rise and actually be a boy. Plus, just like Nic mentions, it's not a crystal clear shot making it much harder to guess.

Skull is not reliable, and I think it's best to compare to your daughter's ultrasound at the same age of gestation. I could tell a very strong noticeable difference between my daughter's ultrasound skull as opposed to my sons', but this doesn't always seem to be as obvious betwen families as within them, if that makes sense.
