Hello, I am ttc a boy, but also on metformin for possible PCOS. I read online that metformin causes b-12 deficiencies. Should I be taking a b-12 supplement along with my multivitamin (one a day women’s)? I have been on metformin for 2.5 Months.

It takes a LONG time to develop that. I think you're fine just continuing with the multivitamin. but if you are concerned about it, get the LOWEST dose B12 you can find (this may be a challenge not to get sky high megadoses) and take it 1-2 times a week (if it's a super high dose like more than 500% or so, take it just one time a week.)
