Going Vegetarian - Can I eat this in PINK sway?

I do eat a fair few vegetarian meals in our normal diet and we have always used casserole mince (pic included) but I was wondering whether it would be ok in the LE diet? I use it in things like lasagna, haystacks, spag bol etc.

Also, TMI here, but I have been having bad wind like pains in the belly every day for the past 3-4 days (also had the trots on one day) and I was wondering whether the high dose of folic acid that I'm taking, could be responsible? (currently breaking a 5mg tablet in half, so 2.5mg each day)..... OR.... could it be from the 1 coffee a day that I have recently started drinking? (never drank coffee before).

    Anyone else had this problem?

    Yes, it's ok!

It may be either the folic or the coffee. People have on occasion reported stomach issues to me with both. The coffee, you'll adjust to. The folic, you may want to get a lower dose more in the 1200 mcg range and see if it helps, and/or get a very low dose like 400 mcg and then take that 3 times a day (it's best absorbed that way anyway)

    ok great!

hmm as a test I decided to skip taking both my folic and coffee yesterday and didnt get any pain at the usual 6pm time, so thats interesting. I will definitely try the smaller dose of folic and see if that helps. In regards to the coffee, if it keeps giving me pain even after drinking it for quite a while, should I stop or is it too good a sway tactic to just stop?

It's completely up to you to decide - I can't know how bad it is or anything like that. I do know the coffee is working for people and appeared to help my successful sway (I drank tea with all 4 boys, my girl was the only one I'd given up tea and was drinking quite a lot of coffee) but I know people get girls without coffee every day and long before coffee was ever discovered!
