Is there anything I can do to encourage implantation. Swaying blue

Hi ladies,I ttc for two months and didn't get pregnant. Last month on 6dpo I felt what I could describe as implantation cramps+pain around right ovary to lower abdomen. I thought would turn out pregnant. AF just arrived so I have been thinking a lot. I felt cramps from 3dpo,then on 6dpo I felt the strongest.
Could it be that the implantation wasn't completely successful?

Is there anything I can do to encourage implantation? I once read something about baby aspirin but want to adhere to Atomics advice this time.

I plan to use mucinex cos last month there was only traces of cm.

If you could feel a small ball of cells in your uterus, pregnancy would be so painful that we couldn't withstand it. You can't feel implantation happening. Some months are just crampy like that. I often have pains and cramps like that after ovulation and I am not trying to conceive at all.

At around 6-8 DPO your body releases a big surge of estrogen that can cause a lot of symptoms. I suspect the reason why your symptoms felt strong on 6 DPO was from this estrogen and not anything to do with implantation.

Don't do anything to encourage implantation. It is not necessary. Your body knows naturally how to implant a baby and especially with a blue sway, you are already doing everything you need to do to grow a healthy baby.

Am normally 28-29 days cycle,but since ttc 32 days last month and this month. My ovulation always on 14th day,I temp and last month scan confirmed it

Do you think the delay in period will shift my ovulation to a later day?
I ask bcos I want to attempt night before ovulation, ovulation morning and night.

I don't know what am having anymore. Around mid day I saw a brown blood,thinking its normal for the start of a period. Hours later,I saw dark red stretchy blood. Then turned brown again and only when I wipe. Still having cramps especially when i sit but feel low back waist aches when i lay down.And that was it,nothing till the rest of the day.

I normally have heavy flow during AF. This is my 18dpo and cycle day 32.
I don't know what to make of this one.
Am hopeful might be implantation blood but 18dpo?
On cd 14,I went for a scan due to bloating and radiating spasms I felt from tummy to legs, they couldn't see follicles again around evening indicating I already ovulated.
On 13dpo which is cd27 I had a negative blood test.
I was somehow happy at last AF came so I can get on with new cycle.

Really need help,is it possible,this late?

Delay in period does not make your ovulation come later. It is the opposite - delayed ovulation makes your period come later. So if your period is late and you are not pregnant, this means that you did ovulate later than normal.

Can you do OPK tests to tell when your surge is coming?? That way you can have your attempts even with an irregular cycle.

at 18 DPO, unless you are pregnant, the odds are very high you ovulated later than normal. Even with the ultrasounds, they get them wrong sometimes and make mistakes so it can still be that you have ovulated.

Have you taken a pregnancy test since 13 DPO??

There are many reasons you could bleed a little during pregnancy. Implantation is one of the least likely - so what I think you're really asking is if the bleeding could be because of pregnancy, and the answer to that is yes, even if it is not implantation itself.

With a regular 28day cycle, i normally feel ache on either side every cd15,the day there's always an increase in my temp. I felt as as well last month on cd15. It lasted till cd16 and that led me to know that i feel the pain a day after ovulation occured.

But what i noticed was that in every cycle i ttc and it failed,my cycle shifts to 32days with increased cramps before Af arrived. I dont know why but i had it 2cycles ttc b4 i had my daughter and now these two last cycles.

That's very interesting, I wish I could be more helpful at explaining why!! Do you think it could be stressing over TTC?? That can delay ovulation sometimes and then your period will come later as well.

Yes maybe stress. I most times have the fear of a failed sway,due to cs history.

This time I plan to use opk to know if there is changes,I pray this month is it.
