Some people report this. But please understand it is very likely that there are changes in EWCM that sway, that we cannot see with our naked eye and amount of CM has not seemed to be super predictive of whose sways work and whose don't. I got a boy with NO EWCM (and I was checking 2-3 times a day, didn't even know I'd ovulated) and my girl with a fair amount.

If you are asking me if you should take antihistamine on top of Clomid, since this is your first month out it's pretty much up to you to decide, but the thing is, we know antihistamines don't work and do cut odds of conception, and we also know that Clomid DOES work but also cuts odds of conception So it makes sense to me that we put more emphasis on the Clomid than on the antihistamine/levels of EWCM.

I normally produce a lot of EWCM and seemed to produce just as much of it during my first two cycles on Clomid. On the 3rd cycle I was on it I noticed way less EWCM then normal. So for me I think it took being on it for a few months before it started affecting it (or at least the amount of it, like atomic said maybe it was changing in other ways).

I didn't use antihistamine, and I used Clomid for fertility reasons. My experience: on non Clomid cycles I got HUGE amounts of ewcm (this is not unusual for PCOS), and on my 3rd consecutive round of Clomid I still had a lot, but not quite as much. I think that on the first cycle of Clomid, there was no difference.

Atomic, why does Clomid cut the odds of conception? I thought this was originally a fertility drug?

There are many ways to think of fertility. One of them is 'the ability of sperm to meet egg' and Clomid really reduces that by making EWCM more hostile. Another way to think of fertility is 'the ability to get and stay pregnant' and in some ways Clomid reduces that as well by making the lining poor. What Clomid does do is make you develop and release more and better eggs. So for a person who doesn't ovulate on their own, Clomid is a Godsend but it does still cut odds of conception by making EWCM hostile and lining poor.
