Am I swaying blue without knowing it?

Some of my staple snacks and habits I’m worried sway blue but also have been helping me lose weight.
For instance I LOVE kombucha. It’s my favorite post workout drink.
I have rice with ahi tuna 1-2x/week
Almond butter and apples or bananas
I stay away from bread and dairy except for a little creamer in my coffee. I drink a TON of coffee.
Is there any way I can keep some of these things and still away pink? Can I just go vegetarian? I am starting clomid next month and would like to up my chances as much as possible until then.

Also I do crossfit 3x/week. I know that gaining muscle ups testosterone which In turn sways blue but I need to tone my body and CrossFit is a great cardio as well. I hope I’m not a lost cause!

Lots of coffee and avoiding dairy are girl sway tactics here, fyi. And there's actual science to support them.

In general all foods are ok within limits -- keeping protein and fat down is important, not so much "good" or "bad" foods. I'd actually think even ahi tuna is girlier because of mercury content -- and that might be something to minimize just for overall pregnancy health since mercury accumulates!

Great to know! I wasn’t understanding the whole LE diet so I’ll just try to keep everything at a minimum then and keep my coffee intake up and dairy intake down

All foods are allowed on LE Diet. There are no forbidden foods. The only thing that matters is sticking in the overall limits of the day.

Some foods are better than others, though. We have seen a lot of boys conceived to tea drinkers (myself included) and so I would probably dial it back on the kombucha for now.

Almond butter, apples, bananas, tons of coffee, are all a-ok. We use coffee as a pink sway tactic very successfully.

Ahi tuna and rice a couple times a week is fine, you may need to watch protein on these days in other foods, since you'll quickly exceed limits having the tuna.

Is there a specific reason why you were concerned about having these?

You can just go vegetarian but it's going to be best if you look over the LE Diet and try to stick in the limits http://genderdreaming.com/forum/tryi...l-version.html

I would up it to 4-5 days a week or even 6-7 and it's all good. Is it my fave form of cardio, no, but there is a lot to be said for doing what you enjoy.
