Hi Atomic,
I read that lower testosterone and lower estrogen favor girl for DW.
I suspect I have higher testosterone, so I'm eating foods like flaxseeds, tofu to lower it. But it also looks like these foods raise estrogen.
So are they safe to include on LE?
Also, chia seeds is my daily go-to food. I count the fat in them towards daily totals. Is this okay?

The LE Diet as written is designed to lower testosterone and estrogen. You do not need to eat any special foods to lower T and E.
Soy has mixed data about how it sways (I think it sways pink) so I have you guys keep that to 2-3 times per week.
I cannot ever sign off on anyone having anything beyond dietary use of flaxseed or flaxseed oil when TTC. They may not be safe when TTC and especially not when pregnant. No flaxseed more than the occasional dietary amount, 2-3 times a week max.
I have not seen enough people sway eating large amounts of chia seeds to have a good feel for how they really sway. They are supposed to be super nutritious so I generally have you guys keep them minimal but they do have the right kind of fat to sway pink. Just one of those unknowns I don't feel good about recommending in anything more than occasional use.!!! Questions??Check out the NEW and improved Complete Index !!!
