Comments regarding DW's diet changes-

I tend to eat junk food over healthy food. So it was hard to get in the right amount of protein. I enjoy meat, but I prefer grab and eat as oppose to cook, sit down, and eat.

If diet was used, length of time before attempt?

Not very long. It was lent up until Mid-April, so maybe 2-3 weeks.

Did you skip breakfast regularly?

No

Did DH change his diet with you?

Yes

Comments regarding DH's diet-

He eats much healthier than I eat. He loves vegetables, fruits, and all those healthy things.

DId you consume alcohol?

• A couple of drinks per week

DId you try to limit caffeine?

No, I drink caffeine regularly

Any Diet Details?

I love black tea with cream or milk and drink that at least twice, sometimes 3 times a day. Only have coffee once in awhile.

What did you weigh/BMI do leading up to O?

I believe my BMI was around 27.5 or 28.5, somewhere in there.

Any Weight/Exercise related additional info/comments?

I was still trying to lose weight up until conception. It was so important to me to lose weight before I got pregnant. I realize that was not boy friendly.

Yes, I’d be very glad if I could stick to it. Part of the problem is how do I avoid seeing it? I’ve seen so many ultrasounds and how am I going to be able to not figure it out? Especially at the nuchal when the nub is so easy to see?
