Ok, I totally blew it. I know that one day is really not supposed to matter much but I do feel a bit guilty this morning. After 9 weeks of no meat, plain carbs and low, low calories, it felt SO indulgent. In reality, I still probably ate less than I normally would but I kept sneaking back for chocolate covered peanut butter balls.
So who's with me? Help alleviate my guilt! BTW I was 6.5 days post O so hoping that was long enough away....

I was't relying on diet much for swaying since I can't really do the normal girl diet but I'm trying to avoid gestational diabetes and I'm really trying to do low carb. But I blew any sort of diet over the last 2 days and probably WAY worse than you so don't feel bad!

And I wanted to add chocolate covered peanut butter balls were a big part of my diet failure as well but they are sooo good!

I didn't overeat per se on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day I just made sure to keep my calories in check, though I'm sure the fat content was high, sigh....
I think swaying over holidays is crazy hard! I wouldn't feel too bad, I still think the habits you've had for weeks matters more than just 1 day!
