Ok so, it’s coming close to finding out the gender of the baby (2 more weeks) and there is something I’ve been wondering about. On cycle day 16 in the morning I had a negivtive OPK, the same day 12 hours later at 6pm I had positive OPK, the lines were the same colour. We DTD, but pulled out. The next morning 12 hours later on cycle day 17 my OPK was still positive and the test line was much darker than the control line. We DTD again and completed the “task”
So my question is, DTD on 12 hours after the first pos OPK is enough for a girl sway, or because it was 12 hours after and a darker POS OPK closer to boy sway. We technically one DTD once, as the other time was pullout.
TIA

Timing doesn't sway. One attempt in the fertile window has gotten good results for pink, although like any sway tactic, it isn't a guarantee. Good luck! Hope you hear pink!

Timing doesn't sway, it's been debunked as thoroughly as something can BE debunked in science, and you can read the full case against it here: https://genderdreaming.com/forum/gen...e-timing.html\
Setting that aside, none of us can tell when you ovulated in relation to the OPK anyway. That's been studied and found to not be reliable at pinpointing the actual number of hours from any given positive OPK to ovulation. Too much variation month by month and so we just can't tell you when your attempt was in relation to ovulation.Good luck and pink dust headed your way!
