Personalised plan

I purchased the personalised gender plan and sent through the questionnaires but the second one I’m having trouble sending over it comes up with an error message, I’m wondering if you received it?
The questionnaire 1 seemed to go through fine, I done the 2nd one twice so hope you got them both!

I have them, I"m working on your plan right now, if u message me your email address I can send you the original since I know you're in a rush. That way you won't have to wait for it to be reformatted and posted. It won't be quite as fancy but it will have all the same info.
