Moms of girls - meat eaters?

TTC pink but I can't seem to give up my meat! I've cut out read meat but I love my chicken and everything I eat is practically salty. I know for the TTC pink diet you can eat whatever but I'm just trying to see for those that have had girls did you still conceive while eating lots of meat?

Hm not for me, I was a vegetarian. Sometimes I did eat white meat and fish, especially when I was at someone else's home so as to not bother them. But it happened like... what, twice per month ? A bit more during the holiday season ? But both my girls were conceived during a time period where I had been without meat for at least three months. As for salt, it had been almost ten years since I stopped using it at the time. When I found a dish too bland for my taste, I used a bit of gratted cheese (which is pretty salty already), or homemade salsa with heavy cream and spices or herbs.

About chicken, I liked it in burgers, especially the fingers/dips ones. I have always hated whatever looks like chicken wings, too greasy and salty to my tastes. At home I would always have the blandest, lightest white chicken (so not the entire thing, not the wings).

Only time I ate red meat was around Christmas, in the dead of winter. If not, I stayed away from it.

Most of my proteins came from milk (1 bottle/day), cheese, lentils and things like wheat/soja steak. Maybe you should try those ? It's good enough and now you can find plenty of them with the vegan trend, spicy or not, fried or not.

I definitely ate plenty of chicken, turkey, sausages and small goods with both my girls. Did not have that much red meat so if you've managed to step back in that respect I think you still have a chance for a girl.

I definitely ate chicken frequently and pork semi frequently. Never touched red meat though! Hadn't eaten it in years in fact. But even for chicken and pork, it wasn't a lot. My protein grams for the day was rarely over 40g.

My mom always ate meat and she had mostly girls. She also skipped breakfast, never snacked, and ate very small lunches in addition to other pink friendly things.

I occasionally had meat when swaying for DD. Not often but whenever I was in a social situation I couldn't avoid it. anywhere from 1-3 days a week.

There are no forbidden foods on LE Diet. All foods are allowed.

Most of us have totally given up the sodium restriction and our results have only gone up since we did. I got my DD eating tons of sodium after getting my 4th boy while limiting it.

I have 2 girls and I usually had meat once a day, mostly chicken and turkey.
What I never had is milk and oatmeal.
