we arent seeing all of the nub, esp the end is missing which could be misleading, I would ever so slightly lean girl based on this shot. Do you have any more?

right at the base of the baby there is a white fleck, below it a black parallel line, and that's roughly where the nub is on a baby

I thought girl because I thought there was a fork at the end, which you can in far left.
