Telling your boss?

At what point in the pregnancy do you/ did you tell your boss?
If this sickness doesn't ease up ill ask for a sick note on Monday at my appointment to be off work.
In which I need to tell them right?

I've had jerks for bosses in the past. One fired me the day after I told her (I know, it's illegal, happened anyway) and this last time, my boss stressed me out so bad I m/c'd. My best pregnancy was when I worked for myself, I was my own boss!!!

I would wait until you get a dr's note, I don't think you even have to tell them. There's laws for protecting your job, do a little research first.

I told my manager at 6 weeks because I had such bad morning sickness I couldn't get out of the house before 11am. She kept my secret for me!
