(or too strict) when in your dreams you eat an entire big bag of bbq potato chips and then wake up feeling guilty!

I know I have been on the diet too long when I stand in our freezing cold kitchen (we are having an extension built at the moment, have a hole in the ceiling and it was -3 degrees C last night) just because my husband is cooking bacon and I can smell it!

Yep, I had a dream a couple nights ago about eating a big cheeseburger! And while skimming over some threads on this site, I came across the phrase "read vitex" and at first I thought it said "red velvet" (as in cake!).
Yeah, I'm hungry.

This thread is funny!
Thankfully my dh cannot torture me with food because I have him eating no meat.
I love food and normally eat everything! I am also a very healthy eater so eating such low nutrients or no nutrients is not like me at all.
You know you have been on the diet too long when you start watching the Food Channel all the time. I sit there and drool, saying "awww that looks soooo good"
I can't wait to eat again! And dreams, yup -- I have been having those too.2005; 2007; 2009; arrived 6/28/14!!

So last night I had another dream. I was at Dunkin Donuts and I was ordering a French Crueller. The funny thing is that when I first started the diet, I looked up the nutrition facts at DD and that was the lowest calorie doughnut. (I don't even like those) so at least I was trying to be good!
