Thanks! So would it be a good idea to take the vitex in the morning, then folic acid and magnesium tablets with lunch and then teh calcium (liquid form) with dinner? I assume cal and mag are best taken with food? Are there any reasons calcium shouldnt be taken at dinner time? I dont want to sacrifice any of my scarce hours of sleep due to indigestion or so
Thanks in advance, n

Calcium should be taken with Vitamin C...or it isn't absorbed as well by the body.

oops, really? I thought that was what the Vitamin D was for, sigh.... My cranberry caps contain vit C. Does anyone know if I can take the cranberry before the Calcium liquid? I have bulk bought the cranberry supps as there was an offer, so I cant really not use them now
I have decided against vitamin D by the way, too much nutrients...

Take your calcium with a meal. There is always some vit. c in meal for example at dinner time. Vegtables contain vit. c or your dessert when it's with some fruit.
