Hi everyone , im having a dilemma in regards to a rephresh situation and if anyone could advise it would be great ,Ill add my sway if that would help
DIET - Nothing till lunch, then have medium bowl of pasta with unsalted butter and bit of parm ,cup of fresh strawberries for lunch, dinner is a milkshake with strawberries raspberries skim milk and loads of equal, and for the last few days have added a ........... banana, eeekkk i know it is usually forbidden but its the only way i can get my pottassium up without adding protein and cals( i still feel very guilty about it lol )
Usual day is 1000-1300 of cals, 45 protein, 15-20 fat
since diet i have gone from 58/59 kgs to 53kgs and im 5"7
no sugar cranberry juice in between lunch and dinner also
SUPPS-saw palmetto everyday,100mg baby asprin every 2 days,folic acid
DH Supps- 30,000 cranberry a day
rephresh every 3 days
zyrtec everyday
DH has been releasing 2x day for 12 days
and we are planning to BD O-3 (last night),O-2,O-1,and O
so my question is my last application of Rephresh was 3 nights ago and im due to use another application tonight but am also wanting to BD tonight and dont want to kill all the sperm, O is in 2 days so i need to do another application of rephresh as im planning to BD through O,
So when should i do it so its not going to affect sperm tonight(in 5hrs or so) yet still cover me till O ? thanks heaps![]()

you could just use another applicator (or half applicator) this morning... if you're O-2 now, and you will still be BDing on OV day that should be fine timing to not prevent a pregnancy!

Thanks heaps for the fast reply, yep im O-2 now , im in australia and its already 3 in the afternoon and im planning to BD tonight in 5 hrs or so, so do you mean use it now and not worry about overdoing it and killing tonights batch of sperm, then just BD tomorrow O-1 ,and O ?

it will be working as effectively in 2 days as it will today if you apply it today.. I don't think it works more the sooner you use it, although you might have slightly less of it in there after a couple of days
the product website says that it doesn't hinder TTC, and they must have tested it to make that claim
if you have worries about using it and killing off all the sperm, perhaps you would be better off not using it at all?

Ok , i didnt relise it dosnt hinder TTC , thanks for that info ,i feel heaps better now , so what if i BD tonight without putting rephresh in (just so it not to close to BD) then use application a few hours after so it starts working for my BDs tomorrow and day after (O-1 , and O) ? and will there still be some affect of the Rephresh for tonights BD from the application 3 days ago ? Thanks again and sorry if im confusing you cause i have confused myself lol

I also think both of those scenarios are fine - good luck!

1)Bananas are not forbidden on the Low Everything diet and are in fact a great way to get some easy cals with potassium.
2)You need MORE cals, should be 1500-1800. 1200-1500 is for people who are very tiny and only eat 1500-1800 cals normally and have conceived boys on that, or people who have plateaued and still have a lot of weight to lose. If ou are 5'7 you need 1500-1800 cals.
I would use the RepHresh as far before your attempt as possible, so if you knew you would TTC one night, use it the morning of that attempt.!!! Questions??Check out the NEW and improved Complete Index !!!
