Flaxseed is no-no for EVERYONE. Flaxseed when pregnant or TTC, even flax oil, I want you guys to stay well away from because it's being shown to cause issues with premature labor and possible birth defects in genitals of babies conceived while their moms were taking it (or who took it in pregnancy.)

Flax - dietary amounts only 2-3 times a week max

Avocado is ok within limits for LE Diet. Most like to avoid as it's rumored to be blue friendly, but it can be a great rescue food for when you're low on fat and cals and potassium but over on protein.

Oh no! I didn’t know that!! I just bought a big pack of whole grain flat bread with flaxseed!!

So happy to hear about the avocado! It’s been my go to when I’m low on fat but over in protein! I add it in salad or on sandwiches and it’s been a life saver! I’m so happy it’s fine within limits!!

That can fall into the dietary amounts, have it no more than 2-3 times a week and it's fine.

that is exactly what avocado is best at!
