OLE dosage

Hi Atomic!
Looking forward to the next round as it seems I did not get pg this cycle. 😩
I was looking for putting OH on OLE + soy milk on our next attempt.
Well, I know that you recommend taking 500mg daily throughout the entire cycle.
I am looking at the bottle and the one I have says one vegan capsule contains 800mg olive leaf with extract (160mg Oleuropein) + 400mg olive leaf pulverised (80mg Europlein).
Would that mean that I should have him taking 2 capsules (160+80mg =240 mg one cap)to reach the amount? Or would it be harmful if he takes 3?

Oh, and is that fine 2 full big glasses of soy milk daily or more?

That is formulated differently and we can't just use the same measurement. What is the suggested dose on the bottle.

Yes anything from 12-48 ounces (roughly a half-liter to 1 1/2 liters) is great. Many hubbies won't drink more than a half-liter a day.

It suggests 1 capsule x day tbh!

Fine, he had 2 full big glasses ( equal to half a liter approx) today so I'll ask him to keep up this dose or more if he can.

Then please give him just one. The companies blend stuff different and while there is a standard dose, when they deviate from that it's best to follow their guidelines.

on the soy milk and anything is better than nothing.
