Myoinositol question

I just realized this bottle I bought doesn't have the active ingredient "myoinositol" but rather "inositol". Is this okay? I prefer the tablets bc I can cut them in half. A lot of the myoinositol bottles for sale on amazon are capsules or have D-Chrio combined with the myo.

In a previous post of mine a month ago, you recommended this to me as I suspect mild pcos and I have at least 30lbs to lose. What should my dosage be?

Yes it's ok, just a slightly different form. Both are completely fine.

1000 mg from AF -O and then 500 mg or 1000 every other day from O-AF. At BFP gradually wean off by spacing doses furhter and further out till down to one per week, then you can drop them
