Hey atomic and everybody else!
Does anyone have experiences with millet? I'm searching for something to replace white rice. I had boarderline high blood sugar levels in my last pregnancy which was a "failed" pcos diet girl sway. So I'm trying to be extra cautious this time. I read that white rice is bad for blood sugar while millet is supposed to be good. Just want to make sure millet isn't swaying blue ;-)
Thanks in advance for your answers!

Oh and in terms of white rice, while some people have it on PCOS-type diet, the official rules are to have whole grains only. Some people don't tolerate brown rice well, others are doing so well otherwise that I allow the white rice for them (white rice is much less of an issue than sugar, for example) but on the whole it's best to do whole grains on the alternate diet as much as you can.
