    Miscarriage or not

This morning I took 3 pregnancy tests and saw a thin line on the 3 tests. But in the afternoon I suddenly had pink discharge and an hour later red blood loss but not much. And then nothing anymore. Would this indicate an early miscarriage? What do you think?4B268B03-A5F3-4696-9883-710DDD332B90.jpeg

The blue tests often produce ghost lines like that. And lately, the pink test have also been making a lot of ghost lines that then disappear for us. (some people were getting those ghost lines for days). That having been said, I do think those lines are slightly darker than we'd expect to see with a ghost line (particularly on the blue test, but then again, the blue tests have been particularly dodgy.)

So, long story short, I would suspect probably a chemical, but we can't know for sure really.

That having been said, I do want to be sure we wait before starting Clomid or Femara if you are taking them. We should have you do another pregnancy test (even if hte bleeding continues) before you take any medication because it's possible to have a faint line that goes away but still be pregnant, then the line comes back darker in another couple days, and it's also possible to have bleeding, even heavy bleeding, and be pregnant the entire time.

I tested again this morning and it was still a bit positive like yesterday's test. I do have more blood loss so I assume it was indeed a chemical pregnancy

If you've had a chemical pregnancy, does this sway pink?

I had one more question. The last 2 weeks I haven't done cardio for 1 hour a day. As a single mom, I didn't have much time for it. I always took my children to school by bike. This was half an hour in the morning and half an hour in the evening. Last week I also had to cycle a lot during the day, but never for an hour. Would I return to 1-hour cardio until my next attempt in about 2 weeks? Or would it be enough to do half an hour twice a day? I don't always find the time and courage to cycle 1 hour straight. I can only do this when my children are in bed.

You can have bleeding, even very heavy bleeding, and still have a pregnancy work out. I had a 5 day period and ended up with a baby at the end of it. if you're taking Clomid or Femara you must not take them unless the test is negative.

Can you post a pic so we can see what it looks like?

Theoretically it sways pink, though it's likely not as strong an effect as a later loss would be.

If your normal routine is to take your children to school by bike, then continue with that.

In terms of exercise, a half-hour morning and half-hour night does not truly count as cardio because you never get up to the full 45-60 minutes needed to burn fat as fuel. But even though this isn't cardio per se it's your normal daily routine and you should keep doing that.

If need be you could try tacking on 30 minutes of some other exercise before one of those exercise rounds. But I'd probably just let it go because it doesn't seem like it's doable for you.
