Hi girls!
I hope its ok that I post this. I'm looking for Dutch girls who try to sway pink! I find it hard to really understand everything and find the right Dutch foods that go with the LE diet, so I hope there are some Dutch ladies with who I can talk to in my own language, maybe that makes it a bit easier

We do have a lot of Dutch members. We have a thread going, and I'm right in the middle of cooking dinner right now and I'm not seeing it. Give this a bump for me and I'll hunt it down when I have a little more time.

That's probably the one I was going to link you to anyway. Sometimes if you start using the thread, others will chime in. We do have a lot of Dutch girls on here, and if any of you guys want to start a new thread then that's great and I'll make it "sticky" for you so you can find it easily.

I'm Dutch but I don't live in the Netherlands anymore, so unfortunately I can't help with that! I haven't been there in almost 2.5 years now. We are actually going there to see family in the Netherlands in a week or two, so I'm curious what's on the shelves... If I see anything that looks good for LE I'll report back to you! We are going to sway pink late this year or next year, so I'm just in preparatory mode, not actually swaying yet.

Hoi @Dutchy5 .. ik probeerde je net een pb te sturen maar om de één of andere reden lukte dat steeds niet.
Heb je gevonden wat je zocht inmiddels?

Ik ben zelf nu niet bezig voor een Sway, dus kan daarin niet op die manier een buddy voor je zijn.. maar als ik ergens mee kan helpen, let me know..

Maar misschien is alles inmiddels al helder..of misschien ben je zelfs al wel zwanger nu..?

Hallo, ik ben ook uit Nederland! Mama van 2 zoontjes van 7 en 5 en al een aantal keren gestart met swayen en weer gestopt omdat mijn partner toch niet voor een derde kindje wou gaan. Maar nu willen we er samen toch weer voor gaan. Laatste kans op een derde kindje en stiekem dromen we toch over een gezonde dochter. Ik ben inmiddels weer gestart met het pcos le dieet en ga nu het sporten/bewegen toevoegen. Wie o wie nog? Liefs van mij
