    Quick Question about drinks :)

Is it ok to drink fluids (peppermint tea, water etc - nothing containing milk or sugar) to fill the stomach when skipping breakfast and between meals?

Absolutely -- caffeine-free Diet Coke and Crystal Light is what helps keep me going ... esp. in the morning, what with skipping breakfast.

I drink the caffeine-free stuff just because I personally don't do caffeine. It's not a sway-related choice ... I don't drink caffeine even when I'm not TTC or swaying. I think the general consensus here is that it doesn't matter one way or the other.
