SO I finally took the plunge and stopped my calcium and magnesium this month - EEK!
Way TMI but this diet is not so nice on the colon - despite taking fiber daily. Seems like the loss of the magnesium was the was the final straw...
Any input on using docusate sodium? It is definitely safe for pregnancy (even included in several brands of prenatal vitamin) I am more worried about any effect it might have on CM or pH. I am about to be on CD9 and I usually O on CD12.
Any opinions?
