Canker Sores

I don't get canker sores very often. Usually when I've been sick or something like that and their very tiny but I just got a bad one inside my mouth. The worst ever. Im not sick. My diet has been really lacking though and i've been drinking a 2 liter of diet soda every 2 days. Do you think the swaying has anything to do with it?

Are you sure it isn't a canker sore? I don't get cold sores, but I do get canker sores. I was under the impression cold sores only show up on your lips--can you get them INSIDE your mouth too?? Anyway, canker sores are totally different. They are not contagious, where a cold sores are caused by a virus and are very contagious.

Anyway, I get canker sores from eating too much candy or citrus fruits. If you have a canker sore, it could be caused by your diet. Here is a link:

Yes it is a canker sore. I have always called them cold sores for some reason. So do you think it's from being to acidic?

the months that I used cranberry, I got canker sores and these horrible cracks at the corners of my lips. My vag ph was also going too low and it made me feel like I had a yeast infection but I didn't. I also didn't get pregnant despite good timing. When I skipped it last cycle,.all that went away and I got pregnant!

Yes, it can be from swaying. Canker sores are more because of food sensitivities, not from being run down. (you DO get cold sores when run down) http://genderdreaming.com/forum/gend...ores-zits.html
