Every now and again I think of somebody I used to see a lot on the forums who got their BFP and (understandably) got a life ... um, I mean, moved on
So how are you all, where are you with your pregnancies (or babies!) and how are you feeling?
I'm almost 27 weeks now and I'm afraid to say I'm wishing this pregnancy away. Let's just say I'm not blooming this time! I've bought quite a lot of baby things, mainly clothes but I managed to convince myself that we needed a new travel system too (we don't!). I'm wondering when to put the cot in DS3's room. It would be nice to get it in there and to be able to store all the baby stuff in it and decorate her little corner of the room but it seems rather early! When do you all plan to decorate nurseries? My 3D scan is on Saturday and we're all really excited to see what the baby looks like. I had one with DS2 at this stage and he had little chubby cheeks already
I hope some of you stop by for a chat![]()

Heeeyyyyy Z!
I'm one of those that didn't pop back a lot...mostly out of fear. I mentally needed to put all things 'swaying' out of my mind for a while as once I'd gotten my BFP I knew what was done was done and I couldn't keep obsessing. It became incredibly obsessive and all-consuming for me...as it does for a lot of us. I feel much more confident now that we've had gender confirmed - I didn't want to offer advice on swaying if I'd royally screwed mine up! But, I'm so grateful I didn't!
So I'd love to see a bunch of 'graduates' as well!
I'm nearly 22wks now and I haven't done much yet - DS2 will move into DS1's room when the bunks arrive then I'll wait for their wardrobes to arrive before getting all of DS2's clothes in there. Then I can clean out the 'baby' room and go through my boxes of clothes and start to work out what else I need. Still a bit nervous about buying pink stuff yet and certainly don't want to get 'caught' as we're lying about finding out IRL!2 x
ITS A GIRL!!!!!
Thankyou genderdreaming!

Yay, somebody replied
I'm so happy for you sassy! My biggest two boys share a room with bunk beds too and although they definitely sleep less (at the beginning of the night!) than they used to I love it because they're so close.
I'm counting down the days until I go on maternity leave now and am tempted to go a little earlier than planned. I just want to sleep all day!
I hope some of the other ladies pop by2005

We already have the nursery decorated with things that used to be in DH room, I don't have anything of mine. We don't plan to change it because it is a very calm room. It's not really a nursery but more like the toddler room and where the baby clothing will be. We kept our boys in our room until they were 2yo. When DS2 is 3 he will move into DS1 room where he already has a bed set up for him.
The only things we are buying this time is a new "escapeproof" highchair and a crib bedding set, hoping for a pink set! We are going to save the crib sets for the kids for when they are older. I would love to have a new pack and play but I am a cheap person.2007

I just got a + HPT test for me so I can't call myself a full pink sway graduate, but I guess maybe I am? It was not an intentional sway and I'm upset about that, but all I can hope and pray for is a healthy baby. With PCOS, egg quality isn't always the greatest and with the testosterone issues...well, no use stressing about it now. Hopefully all is well.
I hope the rest of you ladies have a H & H pregnancy.03

Hey ladies! Good idea starting this thread, Z.
I'm doing well. I'm nearing the point in my pregnany where I had my m/c last time, but I'm feeling pretty optimistic because all looked well in my 8 week scan, and I've heard the heartbeat a couple of times since then on my cheapie doppler. I'll be going for my 12 week u/s in a week and a half or so and will of course start nubsessing right away. I found out today that I might have ovulated on the left this time since apparently I have a small corpus luteum cyst on my left ovary - which indicates I ovulated from that side recently, and I've only ovulated once or possibly twice since last September. I also think that with my three post m/c ultrasounds someone would have noticed the cyst and told me about it if it was already there at that point.
Anyway, as this pregnancy begins to feel more real, I've already started to panic about where this little one is going to sleep! For the first while, of course, he or she will be in our room with us, but what next? Should the baby share with ds3, who'll be 3, or should I somehow cram ds3 into the room ds1&2 already share so the baby can have its own room? The only other option is to turn dh's beloved upstairs home office into a 4th bedroom, and make him use our poorly insulated add-on sun room as his office, which is very chilly in the winter and will require a space heater. I think he's really hoping we can come up with a solution that will not involve him losing his room, but I'm not sure that's going to happen.

Picturing dh in a Forever Lazy...
My brother gave one to my Mom as a joke Christmas present, and she looks like a Teletubby in it!

I am 31 weeks now. I am also counting down the weeks until I am off for my maternity. I only have 3 more weeks to go after this week is over. I am taking some extra time off before the baby comes and really looking forward to being a mom and not a working mom for a little while. We have the crib set up already in my daughter's room. I know it's early, but my kids have been asking for so long to get things ready for the baby. I feel good, but I am tired and in need of a break. I have bought a lot of cute clothes for the baby and I just had my shower so I got a lot of cute girly things.

Well, I´m not someone that got a life and moved on lol, still on GD daily, I´m addicted!
I´m 18 weeks now and this pregnancy is going by very quickly and not as smooth as the previous ones.
I get strong headaches regularly, they last for a couple of days and make me vomit.
I´m really enjoying feeling the baby´s movements, this is what I was longing for when hoping for a third pregnancy.
I have my 20 weeks scan in two weeks and plan to stay on team green.
This baby is going to sleep with us in our room, we´re going to get one of those cribs that you hang on your own bed. That´s a first for us, the boys slept in their own rooms from the start. But with Ds 2 I was exhausted, he woke up every 2 hours for months and months, now I want to do things differently. When the baby will sleep through he/she will sleep with Ds1 or Ds2 or we will put Ds1 and Ds2 in one room. The kids´ rooms are on another floor then ours, I´m not looking forward to doing a lot of stairs in the night.
Dh threw away the stroller we used when Ds2 was a baby (he thought we were done) so we´re going to buy it all new again. I´ve decided I´m going to give away all the blue outfits we have (not that much, the newborn stuff is all cream/white), if it´s another boy he is not going to be the third I´m dressing in blue, it will be a rock baby that wears grey, brown and red! I´m going to sew a couple of outfits. Right now I´m knitting a beige little thingy.
