Lowering your PH (Atomic will probably smack my hand)

    Hi ladies,

I have a PH of around 5-5.5 (hard to get exact reading on the paper strips) It is NVER any Lower than a 5, Although Atomic has assured me that this Level is great and i shouldnt be worried, i would ideally like to get it a teeny bit lower so there is no green on the paper strip, so around a 4.5-5.
My question to you is, what have you found lowers your PH levels the best and fastest?? this could be anything from Pills to foods to drink.

I am currently taking Vitex, SP, Baby asprin, drinking Diet coke/coke zero and eating LE diet but mainly just salads. My ph just seems to be stuck. i was taking acidophilous but didnt really do anything but once i stopped taking it my ph went down slightly so i have opted to not take this.

Any help/advise your ideas and what worked for you would be greatly appreciated!!!!

Personally, I wouldn't worry about testing pH. At all. Seriously. I don't think it matters. Maybe I am in the minority here... but there is only so much you can do. You can try and try to get your pH lower.. but sometimes your body chemistry doesn't respond. Honestly, I don't see the point in testing pH. I've read through and analyzed pretty much every sway here AND IG and I am CERTAIN that testing your pH doesn't help your sway. I have found that people with "ideal" pH have equal numbers of girls and boys. Just let it go and you'll lower your testosterone in the process, and that's what really matters

I agree with Ribbons! Worrying about and checking your ph often will raise your testosterone. Your ph will automatically stay low as long as you follow the LE diet.

I never got anything other than green on the strips either - except when I'd used a combination of Rephresh and Aci-jel and, honestly, I think that's just because I was testing the gels themselves! 5-5.5 is great Of course, if you're going to use one of the gels close to your attempt then you'll be artificially lowering your pH plenty anyway. I also used baby aspirin.

I also think your pH is fine but I had to stop my super strength cranberry caps because just 1 a day for 2-3 days, my pH would be less than 4.

I agree with the posts above - stressing over lowering your pH even more than it already is, is just going to raise your T levels and put you into boy territory. I wouldn't stress about it at all, as pH isn't even proven to sway and in the slight chance that it is, your pH is already very low.
