    How strong does peppermint tea need to be?

    I made peppermint tea. I want to try and lower my testosterone. I think that might be why I have so many boys. Anyway I wanted to know how strong it needs to be. It isn't very dark. Not really strong. Does anyone know how long it needs to steep?
