Hi,
I've been on the ig diet for 3 weeks now. (i've only just found this site!) Can someone please help me as now i'm really confused!! (btw i've already lost approx 7lbs and can't lose much more).
I've been drinking loads of milk, but on the le diet it says to limit the amount of milk i drink. Also, been eating chicken and poaching white fish. If i limit these where do i get my protein from??!
secondly, i've been taking cal, mag, cran supps. Should i stop taking these if they are going to counter my sway for a girl?
last question, is there on here a list of food i can see that i can/can't eat instead of recipes? That way i know what i should be avoiding.

Trying, I posted on your other thread the links that will help you with some of your questions and answered the cal-mag in one of your other threads.
You can have a bit of dairy, it's not forbidden. You just can't have HUGE glasses of dairy several times a day. There ARE no forbidden foods on LE Diet.
