Is this a nub? And a boy?

Hi, I'm new to this forum but would appreciate your thoughts. I've been told this is all boy on other forums.. but am having trouble accepting that this is actually a nub. It looks too big?? I have seen similar nubs that end up being boy so maybe I'm just in denial.. hehehe.

The scan was done at 12w2d post-conception, and measured 12w5d.

wocket - I'm interested in your reply because I had one similar amongst all the other "boy" guesses on another forum. Why don't you think it's the greatest nub shot? Do you think that is actually the nub we're all looking at?
