    vitex clomid question...

    I know you can not take both together, but can i stop vitex cd1 and start my clomid on cd2 or will they still cancel eachother out?

    yes, you can do that. You may take Vitex for a full month or even 6 weeks before starting the Clomid, stop the vitex at CD 1 and then start the Clomid CD 3-5 (sorry, I've never heard of starting Clomid on CD 2 before?)

    Just be sure you're using reliable, barrier method birth control to make sure you don't get pg while on the vitex. Even if you don't normally ovulate on your own, vitex has induced ovulation for some people and it's not safe to take during pg.
