Because I am TTC a girl I stopped working out this week and am concentrating on getting my diet correct. But could anyone chime in as to who continued to run? I usually go to the gym to do a combination of weights and cardio, but stopped all of it. Would love to keep running, but of course would much rather get pregnant with a girl!
My friend who has 2 DD's runs a lot, and her diet really is much like a girl diet, little to no breakfast, but lots of COFFEE!, and always trying to eat around some sort of diet so she will not gain weight. I am taking some of her cues!
Just hoping to hear from others who continued to run and had a successful sway.

Although I SO want to run, I am just going to take a break... I am dropping weight and really just trying to do the opposite I did with my boys.
When I conceived my two, I was working out regularly, eating very healthy - more protein (i.e. chicken and protein smoothies), and started eating full fat food (butter, ice cream) because I had read an article back then that it would help in conception - didn't realize then more nutrients and fat swayed boys.

I decided to stop working out too and at first I was really upset about it, but now I LOVE loosing weight and only dieting. It has been almost too easy! And, it has been way less stressful to plan fitting in work out time with juggling kids, work, etc.

I'm having a hard time with this too! I want to exercise & eat healthy. I don't crave healthy food, I'm just noticing how much softer I feel eating this way. The LE diet is yummy compared to my high protein low carb diet, but I ~think~ I see cellulite creeping in on my thighs!!!! Ugh! So humiliating in a bikini! I want a girl so badly, but I can't wait to get my muscle tone back. I hope I get pregnant quickly & don't get much cellulite. Any girl swayers get their muscle tone back quickly after conception? I would love to hear some encouraging stories!!
