Dear Dr Potter,

I'm currently 34 and will be 35 when we start trying to do gender selection. I have had to prior pregnancies and have 2 healthy children. I was 32 and 33 (almost 34) with each previous pregnancy. Each time we were very fortunate and were able to get pregnant on the first try on my first cycle after stopping birth control. From what I've read it sounds like the success rate from IVF is about 30% but I think that includes people with infertility issues. Are my chances higher than this or because I will be 35 then are they lower?
