This 115 degree heat index is just the worst! And we have a cook-out/early 4th of July party to go to tonight and I know it is going to be miserable for us all! I hate the hot summers in the south!!

Agreed! We're supposed to have a "cool down" here in Arkansas early next week bringing our temps from the 100's to the low 90s. So happy about that!

Texas is not much fun in the summer either. Even our pool is too warm to enjoy. :/

Yes, the pools don't even help. I think the beaches are actually cooler than the lower states right now.

You may not believe this since I'm all the way up in Canada, but it's been over 110 with the humidity here all this past week as well. We don't have air conditioning, so I basically feel like a big, sweaty whale all the time with this big pregnancy belly of mine. We're getting storms tonight that should start to cool things down a bit for us...thankfully!

I think 20 degrees Celsius or 68 F is the perfect temp for summer! I live in Minnesota which is in the US. The summers are 90F and humid which feels awful awful awful and our winters are about 15 degrees Far. I personally can't wait for Fall which is my favorite season and where we see 50-60 degree F temps!
