Hi Ladies,
I am trying to put my sway together and haven't told DH yet about the whole swaying thing. I don't think he will really understand and will prob think its all a load of rubbish - little does he know how much time I have spent reading up on it all!
Anyway, I may be able to get him to humour me with a few things eg hot showers before bd/dtd - but in your opinion, what would you say would be the top three most important things for DH to do to sway?
DH's family are ALL boys (1x girl in generations!!) so I think a lot may lay on him doing his bit of swaying, but Im not sure how involved he will get - prob not very!
So, I could really value your help and opinions!
Many Thanks in advance!

My husband wasnt involved at all, he is naturally more of a girl swayer (although we have a boy and a girl together and will have another boy in October)
Honestly, if it puts you under pressure or if it means stress, I would just leave dh away. Tell him to make a girl, thats what I did and got my dd, ha ha xxx

My personal opinion - licorice root, abstinence and very hot bath before attempt (and only one attempt). That's what my DH did and we are having a girl.

coming end of November!

My husband did not and would not do a single thing to sway!
These are things that are easy and most guys have been willing to do.
1)He should NOT take any sperm boosting supplements like cartnitine, l-arginine, co-q 10, zinc.
2)if he's under 35 and in good health, LR.
3)Eat more soy foods and less red meat and eggs.!!! Questions??Check out the NEW and improved Complete Index !!!

Sorry! Thank you Beadin for correcting my mistake there!
35 is ok with licorice root if he's in good health otherwise. the prob. with licorice root is that it can cause high blood pressure and contribute to kidney and heart disease, so any guy who already has any of those issues going on, or who has the sort of lifestyle that could contribute to them developing (obesity, smoking, drinking, family history, etc) are best off skipping the LR.!!!
