I am gonna take vitex i am waiting on it to come in the mail. Atomic the diet is killing me LoL, but i know it will be worth it

Yes that's the one I used! I took 2 together in the morning.. I read it absorbs best then.

Atomic i am trying to do LE diet. I hardly eat meat. No snacking. I am on day 6 of Vitex and my head hurts
