Girl Sway making anyone else tired and irritable?

I've been on the LE diet and taking supps (Vitex, SP, Acidophilus) for the last month and lately I have felt soooo cranky and super exhausted. At first I thought it was PMS because AF was last week but it hasn't gone away and I thought I was going to lose it with DS1 today when he wouldn't nap. Even though I'm pretty hard core into swaying, I hope I don't reduce fertility so much that I don't get a BFP this month, because I can't wait to eat high nutrient veggies (lived on sweet potatoes, spinach, kale, asparagus in the past), salty snacks, and dark chocolate again!!!! DS 1 and 2 were BFP's on month #1 TTC, so fingers crossed that even with the sway I can concieve quickly again. Starting to question if I should even go for #3 as DS1 and 2 (and DH) are driving me crazy!!!!

That does totally happen! It's probably from the low blood sugar altho I personally found vitex made me bi---y even when I wasn't dieting.

You can eat high nutrient veggies on LE Diet, it's just that if you have a choice between low and high, it's better to stick to lower nutrient ones. I ate TONS of sweet potatoes when I was conceiving DD and also asparagus and spinach on occasion. (I don't like kale but I'd have eaten it if I did.) You'd ahve to eat a truckload of asparagus to equal the nutrients in one bacon double cheeseburger with fries and a shake!!!

Thanks! Have been doing better this week, DS 1 starting preschool probably helping Good to know that a few asparagus or some sweet potato won't totally ruin my sway. I know you mentioned that fatty fish is a no-no, but what would a mild white fish like tilapia or mahi mahi do? My husband and I are (for the last 6 months) vegetarians for health reasons, not sway reasons, but I sometimes still do fish and sushi. Best to avoid it until after sway?

I'm so sorry, I just now saw this. I think my computer is haunted becasue all these posts are appearing that I swear were not here before LOL (I think my brain is just fried!)

white-fleshed fish/shellfish are the best cheats for pink, but I still don't think they're great. The reason is because they are high protein, low cals. So you can easily end up going over on protein and yet have only consumed 200 cals - since even things like pasta, rice, bread have protein in them, and of course dairy and beans, you can easily max out on protein and have nothing to eat for the rest of the day besides fruit and veg and sugar - not very filling foods and also hard to get up to 1500-1800 cals tht way. A diet of 40 g protein from fish and then veg and fruit, will sway pink, but isn't going to be very healthy or satisfying.
