    Does Vitex up your temp?

    Does vitex up temps? I am on CD 4 but haven't noticed it up my temps yet. I wonder if i still need to give it time due to just recently starting it. Matter fact it's like 96.9 for 2 days now I thought for ttc girl Temps suppose to be way higher. Does anyone know?
    Mommy to 7 finally had #1 in 2016! Had boy #8 after. Now returning to try to sway for final child praying for #2 🤞🙏

    the idea that temps need to be higher for pink is a totally unproven theory based on another totally unproven theory. Don't worry about it. Some people have seemed to have higher temps on vitex and others haven't. At any rate vitex can't do much in 4 days.
