I am planning to start my first swaying attempt in February, gives me 4 month to get down with the LE Diet. I just spoke to my Gyneocologyst and he mentioned I should start taking a new pill that contains natural estrogen (Estradiol (Hemihydrat) Nomegestrol acetat ) whatever that means. Would that help with my pink sway? Or should I quit taking the pill now.
He was very worried when I told him about the LE Diet because he said he has never heard of trevor Williams theory before. He kinda laughed at me.
But he also told me he will give me clomid if thats what I want. He basically thinks I am crazy anyway. I hate that.
What do you think?

I'm wondering this too. If I should take my BCP then come off and try the first month or do the supplements then try. I am pretty regular so after coming off BCP my ovulation was still normal this month but I did have less EWCM. I would probably take the clomid since there is a lot of success with it!!!!!

Well, the doctor wants me to go from BCP straight into clomid. Hope that is a good idea.

And does it make sence to take saw palmetto and vitex during the time of BCP?

Oh is that a BCP? I thought it was some sort of supplemental estrogen.
If it's a BCP, then it can sway pink. IF it's supplemental estrogen designed to help increase your fertility, don't take it.
If he's willing to give you Clomid, I'd take it.
BTW, the LE Diet is based on the lower limits of safe intake for protein and fat as advised for women of childbearing years from the World Health Organization and the caloric intake is what reproductive endocrinologists advise for safe weight loss while going HT. It is NOT an unhealthy diet by any means.!!! Questions??Check out the NEW and improved Complete Index !!!

Ok, great thank you. Started a BCP that helps reducing testosterone. In case there is too much, which I am not sure right now. But doc thought it was a good idea. He know about my gender desire and tries to help as much as possible. I did not expect him to know about the LE diet but I thought that he must have heard from the gender/food intake thing... he was really surprised.... As long as he does what I want life is good.
