i'm starting to chart my cycle and test my cm around ovulation time (how do you get the cm from near you cervix out without some vjcm get mixed in it)

Hi bec welcome

You would want to be on the HE diet and supps for at least 6 weeks before your attempt. Thats good that you will start charting to get a feel for what to expect when you do try. When you say "test" your cm, do you mean the ph or just check the consistancy? You can do both by just scooping some out on a finger.

You are so welcome. I can't provide any blue swaying info right now as I've only studied to sway pink on this site, but I will leave you to the experts! Eat LOTS of protein and take B6. That's about all I know and I hope you get your sweet little Prince!
