This is PURE self-pity... my own midnight pity party to be exact. I've got the fluuuu

My nose is running faster than Usain Bolt, my joints ache, my head kills, my eyes are running, have a temperature, my throat is sore and my voice is gone (which my OH thinks is fab, boo! )

I've been one drugged out bunny all day - high as a kite on ibuprofin (or not..) and now can sleep because of that darn nose of mine..!

I need a cuddle!

(On the bright side, if I O this month I'll have a pretty good chance of swaying pink with all this disease stalking me around - although I wouldn't O before mid-week next day so dunno if it matters anyway... but hey ho, bring on the illness if it gives me my girl.. just don't expect me to stop moaning!)

Hope you get some sleep and feel better soon. Flu season sucks. Though you know you're an obsessive TTC'er when you're bd'ing despite a raw, runny nose and nasty cough, lol. Btdt.

Awwwww, poor thing!! It's just miserable being sick like that. It's even worse when you're the one who takes care of everyone- hope your boys are giving you a turn to be waited on.

LAce - we're not actually TTC'ing. We're just not preventing anything from happening :P I tried telling OH he was being mean and he just laughed as my voice broke worst than an adolescent boys.. bah! I got this really lite, mousy voice as it is, so now I sound like a cross breed between a mouse and a donkey. Really sexy! (he did order pizza for dinner tho...!)

And I do believe I may be developing conjunctivitis - in which case TTC is out of the window because nothing is more unsexy than a runny nose AND grossed out eyes.

I'm so very sorry to hear you are sick Tiggerian!

Where are you in your cycle? I would take a test just incase because we get sick so easily being pregnant because our immune systems are suppressed..

But in any case.. Get Well Soon!!!!!

I'm on day 6 in my cycle so no risk of pregnancy! Besides I don't think I ovulated last month - don't always ovulate, but when I do I can feel it very early on and I got the 'signs' this month. Hard to explain, but I get the same sort of pain as ligament pains early in pregnancy
