16 wk potty shot -- Got to be a BOY, right?

My sister is a mobile ultrasound tech, although she doesn't normally scan babies. She got this 16 week potty shot and says it's a boy. Looks like a boy to me, but wondering if any of you think there is any chance that it could be a girl??? BTW, she ruled out this being the cord.Name: IMG_1734.JPG

I've got two beautiful girls, so was kinda hoping for a boy. I just can't believe it. Anyone else want to give their opinion? If anyone has had such an image turn out to be a girl, let me know!
