Is anyone not hungry on this?
I'm not filling myself completely, but I'm just aware of eating more often and I'm not getting hunger pains. For breakfast I'll have either oats with lsa, saltanas and milk or eggs on toast with ham. Then throughout the day I'll snack on dried fruit and almonds, fresh fruit and nuts and for lunch I have a sandwich with ham cheese and tomato and dinner is usuall red meat with potatoes and veg. Does this sound ok? I'm struggling with lunch really coz I'm good at skipping it or eating the girls left over crusts....
Cheers for any feedback!

I agree! But I think that's the point --- not to be hungry. I was good at eating 3 small meals and maybe a bite for a snack throughout the day. Its been hard eating all the time and trying to get in potassium too. I've been on the diet for almost a month. I'm hoping I can stay focused and keep eating!

I have had a hard time with the potassium too. I am not normally a big eater and I feel stuffed all the time, AND thats not even getting to the goal of 4000-5000g of potassium per day. But I cant really eat much more, and try and get the 90g of protein in. But as atomic says, MORE is more than before, so I am trying to keep protein and potassium up, and its more than i ever ate, but I am still struggling to get more in (without feeling overstuffed sick!!)
Usually:
Banana (400)
Cocounut water (600)
V8 (500)
Pumpkin seeds(400)
Dates (500) (every 2nd day)

You may know this already, but potassium does NOT have to be legally listed on food nutrition info. Practically ALL foods have some potassium in them, so the odds are very good that on HE Diet, if you're making even just a little bit of effort to get potassium, you're getting enough.
afy I will post something in your plan that will help you - I ahve a whole thread about potassium thru diet in the Dream Members section that I'll put in your custom sway plan thread.!!! Questions??Check out the NEW and improved Complete Index !!!

The boy moms do really eat like that all the time. I do think you get used to it over the course of time, back when I was in high school I typically ate like one meal a day (dinner) and had only a pop and candy bar at lunch and I was NEVER hungry. Then once I got to college I started eating a lot more regularly because I had the dining card, and I have carried that on thru and have found that I get hungry after an hour or two, even if I ate a pretty big meal. Even tho I weigh about the same overall! It's crazy.
