    Confused Re supplements

    Hi Atomic or anyone who can help,
    I am at persent taking a little break, just wanted to know with regards to the supps I have been taking FA, zinc , fish oil, every day and L- arginene, EPO from AF to O, is this ok. Just need to know other than FA which ones should I take daily throughout the month and which AF to O. I was taking the BSD and COT from AF to O. Just want to know if im doing it right, had chemical in April, hence worry.

    I took my supps every day except the month we went to try.

    hi sorry for the late reply, maybe next 2 months. Want everything back to normal, also other things happening at present.

    I totally understand!! Sorry it took me a few days to answer back.

    You have it exactly right, FA, zinc, fish oil every day and L-arg and EPO AF-O only (although some say you can taper off once you get a BFP.)

    BSD and COT are AF-O only BUT I really strongly urge you to consider skipping the COT drink and getting potassium via diet instead. Potassium (which is what you are getting from COT) is a weird thing and it can mess you up to start and stop it like that. If I had my druthers no one would do potassium supps at all.

    May I ask what dosage of FA you're taking?? 2000 mcg (micrograms) is the minimum for a blue sway. Feel free to take up to 4000 mcg, spaced out several times a day for best absorption.

    Also, I hope you are able to eat 3 meals a day plus 2-4 snacks, preferably with both protein and carbs at every meal and as many snacks as you can. This will help your blood sugar to stay high and may help an XY fertilized egg to develop properly and implant safely in the uterine wall, reducing the odds of chemical pregnancies.
