I know swimming sways blue and I assume because it may raise ph. Im due to go on holiday soon and there is no way I will sit on the side!
Can you use refresh to keep ph low throughout?
Or would a bit of aci jel afterwards do the trick?
Thanks so much

I would use either RepHresh beforehand, or Acijel afterwards (don't use them both together.) No way would I miss out on swimming!! Great idea!

Thank you Chicky! A diva cup does seem like something a person might want to try esp. if they are nearing ovulation. Great idea!!
