It is so great! For each gender, he gives you 14 days of menus and I think it is so much easier to follow than the restrictive diets I have seen in the past! I am thinking of scanning it but I would have to put it in a private section...I will definitely summarize the diet options quickly for y'all and if I can make the whole thing into a .pdf, I can put it in a Member Forum and you would have to be a member to access it. If I put it somewhere publicly, I imagine I could get into trouble!

I finally know who is credited with the whole potassium, magnesium mechanism of sex selection now too and it isn't Shettles or Papa! Also, it is more about ratios of all the minerals and no so much quantities of them. Good stuff!

Yes! Shettles is NOT the one who came up with douching either. It was a gynecologist that treated his patients with an alkaline washing before IUI to "clean" them. He said at one point more boys were born and attributed it to the douche. Well, it was later disproven that the douche had anything to do with it.
